Sharron Spratt – Director
Biography
When she is not riding her Kawasaki 900 Ninja around Eastern Creek racetrack or fending swamp wallabies and lyre birds off her garden, Sharron works with large corporations and small businesses as a highly experienced consultant, course designer and trainer.
With a BA and Teaching Diploma, she is a Cert IV Accredited Trainer, qualified in a number of instruments including Disc, TMS, Voice of the Customer, Facilitated Feedback, Entente Trust Survey and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.
After working in the USA, and the UK, Sharron settled in Australia with her husband and (now 2 young children) and has enjoyed the last 15 years based in Sydney assisting managers to become great leaders within their own area of influence. She is a firm exponent of Accelerative Learning and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is focused on significant training outcomes.
Sharron has wide training expertise, both indoors and outdoors, on such subjects as leadership, communication, sales, team building, time management, presenting skills, customer service and conflict resolution.
Her aim is to turn the theoretical into practical, usable ideas and skills with immediate results. Her style is participative, challenging and fun.
