

Training programs are designed for each client based on their needs and usually involves meetings or phone converstaions with the stakeholders beforehand to ensure relevance and a high acceptance by the people attending.
We make our workshops very practical with lots of opportunity for skill rehearsals and discussion. Participants also gain from hearing how they each handle situations and the chance to share knowledge and experiences. The format is very interactive rather than lecture mode.
Exercises and rehearsals are based on real situations experienced by the group. With group sizes kept small (under 15 people per trainer) we can give a lot of individual feedback and coaching.
We utilize best practice ideas from around the world. Our content draws on ideas from every business sector but keeps in mind what your business is.
In addition to learning new information and developing new skills, participants also find out how to maximise their own learning style to make the most of any future training.
We use principles of Accelerative Learning and coaching which not only speeds up ability to absorb and use new information in a practical way, but also makes the workshops more enjoyable and interesting.
We ensure that every participant leaves the program with a clear plan of actionable ideas, that can be monitored and supported by their immediate manager and/or coach.
Coaching is usually offered as a series of 1 to 1’1/2 hour sessions either face-to-face or by phone. Again the focus is on working with each person to assist them develop practical skills, take on new behaviours and increase their overall effectiveness both at work and at home.
The evaluation process the Institute currently uses, includes immediate feedback from the participants after a module is run, action planning, follow up discussions with the participants and their managers. We would be happy to discuss additional options with you.
